All fees are expected at the completion of services. Majority of the services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services, I will be more than happy to explain all charges fees. Late Arrivals-
If you are more than 15mins late without contacting me, your appointment can be cancelled/ rescheduled. I understand time may be critical for you on a certain day, please make me aware when scheduling your appointment, so I can do my best to have you completed in a timely fashion.
When scheduling appointments that include chemicals such as relaxer, scalp treatments, color etc you must inform me 3-7 days prior to your appointment to ensure all products available for your service and convenience. Weave Coloring-
When getting your weave colored, your “raw unprocessed bundle hair” must be dropped off 3-7 days prior to your appointment to be strand tested and colored (ombre', highlights, etc) to ensure it is ready in time for your appointment. Children/ Guest Policy-
Salon space is limited and the salon is not child proof, for their safety please no children allowed unless being serviced, also no extra guest who aren't being serviced as well. Thank you for your understanding. Confirmation of Appointment-
Confirmation calls, emails, or text are given as a courtesy. If for whatever reason we are unable to reach you prior to your appointment, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, rescheduling and cancellation fees. Cancellation-
Call or text 48 hours or more in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Non-Refundable Deposits-
Deposits are required for services over $100, a portion of your styling cost will be asked of you to deposit in order to hold your appointment for the service. If you have to cancel (48 hours before the appointment) you then have 14 days to reschedule and have your deposit credited to the new date.
